2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on cssguided.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to CSS examination preparation.

4. Intellectual Property

The original content, features, and functionality of cssguided.com (including but not limited to our digitized question database, preparation strategies, and custom software) are and will remain the exclusive property of cssguided.com.

We acknowledge that certain materials, such as official past papers, are the intellectual property of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC). Our platform provides these materials for educational and archival purposes under fair use, with significant additional value through categorization, digitization, and analysis.

5. Limitations

In no event shall cssguided.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on cssguided.com.
